Success Stories

All American

Case History #1

The Problem
A corporate seafood player was seeking to acquire another seafood plant with tremendous market potential and an excellent geographic location. A major concern, however, was food safety and sanitation. All American Chemical was asked to perform a total sanitation audit, including microbial swabs. Our findings indicated a high probability of bacterial contamination in their product. In addition, they lacked the proper testing procedures and necessary paperwork. Before the acquisition could proceed, these issues needed to be addressed immediately.

The Solution
All American began by breaking down all operational equipment and thoroughly cleaning it. We then developed a complete set of written procedures for their sanitation practices. We also provided recommendations for the correct detergents and sanitizers, along with the correct equipment and tools. Two weeks later, we took duplicate and expanded microbial swabs to verify our efforts.

The Results
Bacteria was totally eliminated from their product. And the plant was successfully acquired.
