Case History #1

The Problem
A corporate seafood player was seeking to acquire another seafood plant with tremendous market potential and an excellent geographic location. A major concern, however, was food safety and sanitation. All American Chemical was asked to perform a total sanitation audit, including microbial swabs. Our findings indicated a high probability of bacterial contamination in their product. In addition, they lacked the proper testing procedures and necessary paperwork. Before the acquisition could proceed, these issues needed to be addressed immediately. Click here to see our Solution and the Results.

Case History #4

The Problem

An international meat processor had intermittent product spoilage and evidence of listeria moncytogenes. At both the company's own warehouse and its distributor's, the multi-vac product had a milky white appearance and was "gassing" in its packaging.
