SUPPORTED TECHNOLOGIES
TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Our Account Executives are the first line of defense in problem solving. These professionals have extensive food processing sanitation experience coupled with various industry-related educational degrees. In addition, we have an in-house staff that is field-experienced and can provide you with a complete back-up system, both in the lab and in the field
QUALITY SYSTEMS SUPPORT: We employ food scientists with advanced degrees and over 25 years of quality management experience. They support facilities in upgrading or validating programs and methodologies, and the collection and interpretation of microbial data.
ENGINEERING SUPPORT: We provide support for any mechanical and engineering project that is sanitation-related. Through our partnerships across the industry, we have the capabilities to handle any size project expediently.
MICROBIOLOGICAL SUPPORT: Our Account Executives will assist your plant personnel with microbial testing as part of routine service and as agreed upon with plant management. Coupled with professional outside services, we will find and implement the most appropriate solutions.
SAFETY SUPPORT: Our program includes MSDS, Chemical Safety, Hazard Communications, CIP, and Sanitation seminars for your employees. This program covers the complexities of the SARA TITLE III and the obligations you have to your employees. Our program provides your employees with an on-going system for safety and hazard information that helps them to better understand the products they are using and provides you, the employer, with a higher standard of chemical safety.
