All-O-San MP2

An equilibrium mixture of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, proprietary ingredients, and water.


Expunge is a concentrated (3000 ppm), ready-to-use chlorine dioxide aqueous solution. Expunge obviates on-site production and simplifies any chlorine dioxide application. Expunge is shelf-stable at room temperature (75F) for up to nine months. It requires no on-site chemical mixing, and can be applied by means of a simple chemical metering pump. Expunge is pure chlorine dioxide gas dissolved in water.


The use of Hypobromous Acid is a patent-pending antimicrobial compound approved by the FDA-FSIS for use on meat and poultry during processing. It is similar to chlorine (hypochlorous acid) in many ways, but with some very distinct advantages.

Lactic Acid

Lactic Acid is produced as a clear syrup like liquid from the fermentation of dextrose. 50, 80, 88 percent solutions of Food Grade Lactic Acid are available that meet the Food Chemical Codex specifications. It is included in the FDA list of GRAS ingredients.

Terminator Treatment

Chlorine dioxide is a powerful biocide at concentrations as low as 0.1 PPM over a wide pH range and is more effective than ammonia and chlorine with no hazardous by-products. Studies from the FDA show that chlorine dioxide is effective in eliminating over 20 of the most common harmful pathogens. Chlorine dioxide works by penetrating the cell wall of the microorganism and disrupting the pathogen’s metabolic functions, thus immediately and permanently eliminating the problem at its source. ClO2 has a greater oxidative capacity than chlorine.
